Introduction

Plazma Studio LTD (“Plazma Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use our virtual reality (VR) applications and related services available through the Meta (Oculus) Store and other supported platforms.

This Privacy Policy complies with the Meta Data Use Policy for Developers (Meta Data Policy) and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and other international privacy regulations.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

1.1 Information Provided by You

  • Account and Contact Data: name, email address, and other contact details provided during registration, support requests, or newsletters.

  • Feedback and Support Information: messages, bug reports, or suggestions you submit.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Data: headset model, operating system, hardware identifiers, and VR device performance data.

  • Usage Data: gameplay statistics, interactions within the VR environment, session duration, in-game behavior, and crash reports.

  • Platform Data: Oculus ID, anonymized platform identifiers, and event logs provided by Meta.

1.3 Third-Party Data Sources

We may receive limited user information from Meta Platforms, Inc. or other store platforms (e.g., Steam, Pico) in accordance with their own privacy policies and permissions you grant.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Plazma Studio processes your information to:

  • Provide and improve our VR applications and services.

  • Authenticate users via the Meta platform.

  • Offer customer support and resolve technical issues.

  • Conduct analytics to enhance gameplay and optimize performance.

  • Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

Processing is based on legitimate interest, performance of contract, and/or user consent, depending on the context.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data only when necessary:

  • With Meta Platforms, Inc., as required by their developer policies.

  • With service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, or support (e.g., PlayFab, Unity, Mailchimp), under strict data protection agreements.

  • With authorities, when legally required.

All third parties must comply with data protection and security requirements equivalent to GDPR standards.

4. Data Retention

Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Anonymized gameplay and analytics data may be stored longer for research and improvement purposes.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years old (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.
